A reputable recruitment firm is seeking a Technical Helpdesk & Training Support Manager in Manchester. This role involves advising IFAs on financial planning sales, improving the firm's written support, and delivering training support. The candidate should be Level 4 qualified and possess knowledge across investments, pensions, and tax issues. This position offers a hybrid work model, providing great flexibility with 80% remote work.
IFA TECHNICAL ADVISORY – L4 FINANCIAL PLANNING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (SUITPLIANCE, PRODUCT PROVIDERS OR SALES / PARAPLANNER EXPERIENCE)
£40K - £60K + Benefits 80% WFH (Manchester Area)
The role will involve:
You must be Level 4 qualified (and willing to study for L6 with support if not yet taken) and possess a good knowledge across investments, pensions, savings, tax and/or trust issues.
This role may suit someone already in a compliance role or an IFA salesperson or paraplanner looking to move into such a role. It may also be suitable for a product provider (account manager or technical support) looking for a similar position.
You must also be happy to deliver training, though no previous training experience is required.
