Overview
Chester Rose Financial Planning is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to support our Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring smooth client journeys and maintaining best‑in‑class processes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing Recommendations
- Liaise with clients to schedule meetings and confirm details.
- Produce and distribute meeting packs in line with compliance requirements.
- Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.).
- Enter client information into Intelliflo (IO) and maintain accurate notes.
- Pass information to Paraplanners as needed.
- Implementing Recommendations
- Follow up on advice implementation and keep clients updated.
- Track progress using internal systems and dashboards.
- High‑Level Responsibilities
- First point of contact for client queries.
- Scan and distribute post to advisers/paraplanners.
- General administration and data entry.
- Support smooth running of client services and compliance processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in IFA or wealth management administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, professional and client‑focused approach.
- Familiarity with financial planning software (Intelliflo) desirable.
