Overview
  • Location: Bristol (Office-based / Hybrid working after 3 months probation)
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (5 days per week)
  • Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Starting Salary: £27,000 - £31,000

We are seeking a Senior Administrator to provide high-level operational and administrative support within our organisation. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our services, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency in handling client instructions and supporting senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and process daily investment transactions including trades, income, corporate actions, and cash movements.
  • Maintain accurate records in portfolio management and accounting systems.
  • Perform regular reconciliations between internal records, custodians, and fund managers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investment reports ensuring timely and accurate execution of investment instructions.
  • Work with the Client Relationship team to maintain the valuation diary and provide necessary reports.
  • Act as an escalation point for complaints, carry out root cause analysis, and provide feedback to Senior Management.
  • Mentor junior staff and support the checking of colleagues\' work to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate team training and support the Team Leader in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Relevant industry-related qualifications or working towards them.
