Job summary

CAP Resourcing LTD is partnering with an award-winning financial planning firm in Taunton to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator. You will join a supportive, collaborative team where your contributions are valued and your client service matters.

You will support pensions, investments and protection product administration, maintain client records, and help deliver exceptional service to clients and advisers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IFA Administrator or financial services administration role.
• Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Good IT skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide IFA administration support to financial advisers and the wider team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
• Process pensions, investments and protection product paperwork.
• Deliver high-quality client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
