We are currently working with a well-established and highly respected wealth management firm in Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to recruit a Financial Planning Assistant to join their growing Financial Planning team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, forward-thinking organisation with a strong presence across the UK, providing advice to HNW and UHNW clients and known for its high standards of client service.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern, with three days per week office-based and two days working from home.

The Role

You will support Financial Planners with day-to-day administration and client servicing, playing a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver high-quality client service
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Maintaining back-office systems and accurate client records
  • Requesting policy information from third-party providers
  • Liaising with internal operational teams as required
  • Preparing meeting packs and client valuations
