Provider & Platform Liaison: Liaise with providers and platforms to obtain illustrations, valuations, and policy information, submit letters of authority, and chase outstanding requirements through to completion.

Client File Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete client records on the back-office system, ensuring all files are audit-ready and reflect a high standard of attention to detail at all times.

Communication & Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for client and provider queries, responding promptly and professionally, while maintaining clear communication with advisers to ensure the efficient completion of tasks.

Adherence to FCA Consumer Duty Principles: Ensure all administrative work supports good client outcomes in line with the FCA’s Consumer Duty principles, upholding transparency, fairness, and the client’s best interests throughout.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations, internal procedures, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in line with industry expectations.
