Integrity365 is expanding its team of office-based paraplanners and administrators to support our Independent Financial Advisers. We welcome applicants with financial planning experience who share our values of trust and integrity and who are looking for a collaborative, client‑focussed role.

With offices across the UK, including High Wycombe, Inverness, Helensburgh, Essex, Leicester and Bristol, this is a great opportunity to join a growing independent advice practice that puts clients first

Qualifications

• Paraplanner/administrator experience in financial services.
• Interest in financial planning and client-focused roles.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a professional advisory environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide paraplanning and administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers.
• Maintain client files and documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with colleagues across multiple offices to ensure smooth service.

Following our recent expansion, we have opportunities available across the business for IFA Administrators and Paraplanners. With office locations across Inverness, Helensburgh, Essex, Leicester, Bristol and High Wycombe, we would love to hear from anyone with financial planning experience looking for the next step in their career.

The role:

Integrity365 are currently looking to expand our team of office-based paraplanners and administrators to support our Independent Financial Advisers. We are keen to hear from individuals who share our values of trust, transparency and integrity, in order to provide high-quality financial advice and exceptional client experience.
