Job summary

Office Angels in Exeter is seeking an organised IFA Administrator to join a well-established team. You will provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisers, handle client documentation, and liaise with providers to keep client records up to date.

The role emphasizes delivering a professional client service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work closely with advisers to schedule reviews and handle client

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence speaking with clients over the telephone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers.
  • Prepare client documentation and process new and existing business.
  • Liaise with providers and third parties to obtain information and updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Book client review meetings and manage adviser diaries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally.
  • Monitor workloads and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Prioritise competing demands and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Identify and upscale issues appropriately when required.
  • Support the efficient day-to-day running of client administration processes.

Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: Exeter
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Full Time, Office Based

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing business based in Exeter.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and delivering exceptional client service.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service throughout their financial planning journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who takes ownership, works well to deadlines and enjoys being a valued member of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
