You will support Financial Planners and Paraplanners, ensuring smooth client experiences and accurate admin across pensions, investments and protection.

The role offers clear career progression into Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner, and Financial Adviser paths within a supportive team, with a competitive package and ongoing study support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within IFA/Financial Planning/Wealth Management administration.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing client correspondence and maintaining existing and new client relationships
• Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
• Preparing annual review packs and further meeting documentation
• Arranging client meetings and managing financial planner diaries
• Requesting provider illustrations and product information
• Maintaining accurate, well-presented and compliant client records on internal systems
• Handling client enquiries, provider communications and further requests
• Providing general back-office and operational support using Intelligent Office
• Ensuring all administration is carried out in line with internal procedures and compliance regulatory standards

You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, playing a vital role in ensuring clients receive a smooth, efficient and professional financial planning experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

This role will suit an individual with existing experience within an IFA or Financial Planning environment, who is looking to further develop their career within a highly respected national firm.

• Good provider, pension and investment knowledge
