A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing team in Chester. In this role, you will be responsible for client administration, responding to inquiries, and improving office efficiency. Successful candidates may have opportunities to grow into an Office Management role or further their career as a Paraplanner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, financial services experience, and familiarity with Intelligent Office CRM. The position allows for a hybrid work model.

Experienced IFA Administrator

This is a unique opportunity to join a business and grow with it!

Right now, our client is looking to hire an experienced IFA administrator to work closely with them and their clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Responding promptly to client enquiries.
  • General client administration.
  • Reconciling fee income.
  • Processing investment and pension applications.
  • Developing tasks and workflows within the back-office system to improve efficiency.
  • Attending client meetings.

Over the next 12 months, the right candidate will become integral to the business and help shape their own future career. A dedicated and proven candidate can choose to develop the role into an Office Management role as our client expands, or study to become a Paraplanner and eventually an Adviser one day.

Experience in the Financial Services industry is vital, as they require someone who can hit the ground running.
