Job summary

People's Partnership is seeking an IAM professional to manage user access across Microsoft and enterprise systems in a hybrid environment. You will help protect organisational data by maintaining appropriate access rights, while collaborating with HR, IT Support and Security to support onboarding, offboarding and access-related incidents.

The role requires experience in IAM, AD/Azure AD/M365, PowerShell, and RBAC, with a focus on governance and least-privilege controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT access management or IAM roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 and Exchange Online.
• Experience with user lifecycle management and RBAC implementation.
• PowerShell/Power Automate for automation and scripting.
• Experience with IGA tools and PAM solutions.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Manage user access across AD, Azure AD, M365, Entra ID and other systems.
• Audit data integrity and governance of identity platforms.
• Process access requests, run access reviews, ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Support and Security on onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain audit records and contribute to identity security improvements (RBAC, PAM/PIM).

What You'll Be Doing

Responsible for managing and controlling user access to IT systems and applications, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient user lifecycle management. The role helps protect organisational data by maintaining appropriate access rights across Microsoft and enterprise platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to support a secure and productive IT environment.

• Manage user access across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and other enterprise systems, including provisioning, modifying, and revoking access.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within identity platforms through audits, validation, and adherence to governance standards.
• Process access requests, conduct regular access reviews, and maintain compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Support, and Security teams to support onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and access-related incidents.
• Maintain audit records, support governance initiatives, and contribute to identity security improvements, including RBAC, PAM/PIM, and least-privilege controls.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in IT access management or identity and access management (IAM) roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online.
