Job summary

Kocho is delivering Microsoft Entra Identity Governance solutions for UK organisations. The Identity Consultant will design, build, and integrate Entra-based identity solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on delivery, lifecycle automation, governance controls, and seamless integration with HRIS platforms, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems. You will work with clients to implement scalable identity projects that reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Entra Identity Governance deployments including lifecycle workflows.
• Provisioning to cloud and on‑prem systems via Graph API and SCIM.
• Ability to implement custom provisioning connectors.
• Proficiency with Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph API).
• Excellent client‑facing communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Entra IGA deployment and configuration components.
• Map and model access policies for audit needs.
• Design and implement provisioning to external systems (Workday, SAP).
• Develop identity connectors and workflows.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams; deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to reusable templates.
