Job summary

Searchability is seeking an Identity Engineer for London/Bristol. You will design, implement, and optimise Identity and Access Management solutions across secure environments, delivering scalable identity services and supporting access governance initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and secure software delivery. This role also offers a collaborative culture with opportunities to work on government/defence programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Understanding of cloud security principles.
• Experience supporting secure systems or infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Active SC clearance, and eligibility for DV clearance.

Responsibilities

THE IDENTITY ENGINEER ROLE

As an Identity Engineer, you will support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Identity and Access Management solutions across secure environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services, while contributing to access control, monitoring, and compliance activities.
