A renowned publishing organization in Oxford seeks an Identity Access Management and Digital Trust Lead to define and implement IAM strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure secure identities and access compliance. The ideal candidate will have significant security expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with tools like Microsoft Entra ID and Delinea. The Identity Access Management and Digital Trust Lead plays a key role in defining, implementing, and maintaining the Press’s digital identity and access management strategy, ensuring secure and compliant identities, credentials, and access rights across all systems, users, and devices. The role fosters a trusted digital environment internally and with third-party suppliers, while overseeing strong supplier management to ensure Statements of Work deliver required outcomes and effective interfaces. Additionally, the position involves managing relationships with service providers responsible for BAU identity operations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide IAM and Digital Trust strategy, leading governance across IT, HR, and other functions, and advising senior leadership. The role oversees IAM operations, including identity lifecycle, role-based and privileged access, and integration with systems like Microsoft Entra ID and Delinea Privilege Manager. The key duties include monitoring and responding to access-related incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001, maintaining a digital trust framework, driving continuous improvement, and promoting security awareness. This position also manages policies, audits, and supplier relationships to ensure effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
