Responsibilities include precise documentation, collaboration with the care team, and patient/family education from admission through discharge. BLS/ACLS required within 90 days, PALS within 90 days; ADN or Diploma graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma Nurse or ADN from an accredited program.
• License: Ohio RN by time of hire.
• Experience: None required.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS within 90 days; PALS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values and needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
