Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recognizes and reports deviations from patient norms and documents nursing interventions.
• Provides basic comfort and support and involves patient and family in care planning.
• Identifies and assesses emergency situations and initiates appropriate responses.
• Implements nursing interventions and evaluates outcomes; updates care plans accordingly.
• Maintains knowledge of nursing practice within regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
• Collaborates with health team to facilitate therapeutic interventions and patient outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement and risk management activities.
• Maintains a safe environment and adheres to infection control guidelines.
