Are you an experienced physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and supportive critical care environment? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Adult Therapies team, delivering high-quality care across the critical care pathway.
In this role, you will independently manage a complex caseload of patients with diverse medical and respiratory conditions, using advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based interventions. You’ll work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and contribute to service development through supervision, training, and audit activities.
You’ll also play a key role in our emergency on-call and weekend rotas, and deputise for the Critical Care Physiotherapy Team Leader when required. This is a physically and emotionally demanding role, requiring resilience, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
