A technology provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an ICT Technician to serve as the primary contact for IT support at customer premises. The candidate will resolve technical issues, manage cyber security systems, and foster strong relationships with educational staff. Proficiency in Windows, Google Workspace, and networking tools required. Opportunities for professional development are offered.

You have excellent technical and communication skills, a can‑do attitude, a natural with customers and committed to delivering an outstanding service. Proficient with Windows, Google Workspace, Apple, Networking, Safeguarding tools and a wide range of other technologies typically found in an Education environment (up to 3rd line services.) A bonus if you have worked in a school/education setting before!
The ICT Technician will be based at customer premises, 5 days per week. The primary contact for all their IT needs, their trusted technical partner. You’ll also form part of a small team providing support service to a number of other schools in the area and be required to work closely and support your colleagues located in these other schools.
