A leading employment organization in Belfast is seeking an IT Support role that involves helpdesk management, assisting with compliance audits, and configuring new hardware. The ideal candidate has good teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions. This part-time temporary position offers flexible hours with a pay rate based on age.
THE EMPLOYER IS: ULSTER SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT LIMITEDThe role involves providing day-to-day IT support to Usel staff through effective helpdesk management by ensuring all technical issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently and providing staff with updates on their tickets. You will also assist with IT audits to ensure all information is up to date to maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials standards, as well as configuring new hardware such as laptops and mobile devices for new staff. You will also give guidance to staff on how to use devices and resolve technical issues.
