Job Title: ICT Teacher (Special Needs). Location: Wednesbury. Pay Rate: £140.42 – £176.82. Hours: Full‑Time. Contract: Permanent (to start January 2026).

Smart Education is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate ICT Teacher to join a special needs school in Wednesbury. This is a full‑time position teaching students aged 11‑16 with Autism (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).

A Meet and Greet will be held on Tuesday 18th November, with the successful candidate starting January 2026.

About the Role

As an ICT Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in BTEC iMedia and SEN ICT, ensuring that all learners are supported to achieve their potential. Lessons should be creative, inclusive, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.

You will work closely with Teaching Assistants and other staff to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes confidence, independence, and digital skills for life.
