Qualifications

• Previous experience in an ICT Support or Helpdesk role (1st/2nd line).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Confident troubleshooting hardware, networking, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all ICT queries.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices.
• Assist with hardware and software upgrades, patching, and roll-outs.

Skills

ICT Support or Helpdesk experience

Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Experience with Microsoft 365

Troubleshooting hardware issues
