Full-time | Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) | NJC Scale 4, SCP 7–10 | £31,980 – £33,394 per annum

What You’ll Do
  • Provide first-line technical support to staff and students across Windows and Apple systems.
  • Maintain and support all hardware, software, and peripherals to ensure reliable day-to-day operation.
  • Assist with network and telephony maintenance, asset management, and equipment rollouts.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience providing IT support (education experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
