A leading community care provider is seeking an ICT Support Technician to join their team in the UK. The role involves providing desktop and remote support, managing IT issues, and participating in project work. We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Support Technician to join our small, but busy team at Radis Group. Based at our head office in Tamworth, you’ll be providing a mix of deskside and remote support, helping staff across our nationwide care services. You’ll also get involved in project work, system maintenance, and occasional travel to support new site setups and on-site troubleshooting (around 30 days per year).
This is a varied role with plenty of scope to grow your skills — ideal for someone with solid 1st and 2nd line experience who enjoys solving problems and making tech work smoothly for others.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — travel expenses are covered. The role involves some manual handling of IT equipment including full new site installation. We’re keen to support learning and development, so you’ll have opportunities to build new skills and take on fresh challenges.
