• Support the Service Delivery Lead to effectively manage the ICT Service.
• Review and validate ICT performance data against KPIs.
• Monitor ICT incidents and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate the ICT Communications plan and operational groups.
• Act as an escalation point for operational ICT matters.
• Manage the corporate printing contract delivery.
• Coordinate responses to Freedom of Information Requests.
• Ensure value for money for user licences.
• Manage ICT assets and supplier warranties.
