Job summary

A local government authority in Lyndhurst is seeking a passionate ICT Senior Analyst to enhance digital transformation. You will lead the support and development of ICT applications, provide expert advice, and collaborate across teams to deliver efficient services. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and experience with Power Platform is essential. Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
  • Experience supporting both cloud-based and on-premise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
  • A solid understanding of data integration and system connectivity.
  • Experience leading technical projects.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the support, development, and enhancement of key council applications.
  • Providing expert technical advice and guidance across the organisation.
  • Supporting digital transformation projects that improve customer experience.
  • Collaborating with ICT teams to improve systems and respond to technical issues.
  • Designing and implementing secure, high-performing IT solutions.
  • Troubleshooting complex 2nd and 3rd line support issues.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand their IT needs.
  • Keeping documentation up to date and staying ahead of industry trends.
