Role Overview

As Store Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team delivering, fitting, and collecting essential equipment across the Wigan borough to help people live independently and support hospital discharges. You will work closely with NHS and Social Services colleagues to ensure every customer receives timely, high‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise equipment delivery, collection and maintenance, supporting hospital discharges and preventing admissions.
  • Play a key role in the decontamination unit, ensuring equipment is cleaned and data accurately recorded.
  • Work closely with NHS and Social Services colleagues to ensure every customer receives timely, high‑quality service.
  • Lead a team in a fast‑paced, fluid service requiring flexibility, strong leadership, and a commitment to our values: See the Person, listen deeply, do the right thing, connect to neighbourhoods, and show love and pride.
