Job summary

A local council's leisure services team is looking for motivated individuals to supervise facilities, including the ice pad, and handle skate issuance and cleaning. This is a casual role requiring availability for shifts in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should have at least a GCSE or equivalent, be able to achieve a first aid certification within 6 months, and attain a Skate UK grade 3 skating proficiency in the same timeframe. Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• First aid at work qualification (or ability to achieve in 6 months).
• British Ice skating Skate UK grade 3 skating proficiency test (within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facilities including stewarding of the ice pad.
• Issue ice skates and perform cleaning duties.
• Work on a casual basis for shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
