Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Customer Development Executive to promote Walls to independent retailers in Taunton and surrounding areas. A full-time role with a basic salary of £29,000, plus a 10% bonus and lunch allowance, plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK. The role offers flexible working and strong development opportunities within a world-leading ice cream business.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence is essential and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
• You should be IT-literate and comfortable using MS Office and CRM or other sales systems.
• Strong communication and people skills are important for building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Walls portfolio to independent customers and identify new high-potential accounts.
• Execute a territory strategy based on data-led plans to grow distribution and visibility.
• Build relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and support Joint Business Plans with partners.
• Maintain accurate reporting, administration, and compliance across the territory.
