Job summary

Tees Active is seeking casual Level 2 Swimming Teachers to deliver Learn to Swim classes across various venues in the Tees area. This casual role has no set hours, and you will contribute to helping participants achieve their swimming goals through engaging, structured sessions.

An ASA/Swim England Level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential. Prior experience is helpful, but the ability to connect well with customers from diverse backgrounds is valued highly.

This is a Casual position with no set hours.

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit Level 2 qualified Swimming Teacher(s) to deliver a range of classes available through our Tees Active Learn to Swim scheme.

About You

You will need to be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help our customers reach their goals by developing creative and innovative classes following the Swim England Learn to Swim Scheme.

An ASA/Swim England level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential. Previous experience would be beneficial, however the ability to connect with our customers and get on positively with people from all walks of life is more important.

Our Learn to Swim programme operates for 50 weeks of the year.
