Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Semiconductor Product Engineer with end-to-end ownership of IC production development and production quality for wireless and automotive devices. You will plan qualification and reliability programs and collaborate with suppliers and multiple internal teams to ensure robust product performance.

The role demands strong communication skills and a background in semiconductor product engineering, IC test knowledge, and ISO9000 quality/reliability experience.

Qualifications

• Semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Experience with IC test (ATE).
• Quality and reliability experience (ISO9000).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for IC production development and IC production quality for wireless and automotive devices.
• Plan qualification and reliability programs and interface with suppliers and internal departments.
