• Manage the collection of premiums and claims following agreed procedures.
• Support the IBA team in clearing unmatched cash and balances.
• Resolve finance queries with Account Handlers.
• Regularly review credit control accounts with management.
• Assist in team training and improvement initiatives.

They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join their high-performing IBA team, ideal for someone motivated to support key financial operations and work closely with senior leaders on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of premiums and claims, ensuring debt and brokerage remain within agreed procedures
• Support the IBA team in clearing unmatched cash and funded balances
• Resolve finance queries with Account Handlers and elevate issues as necessary
• Regularly review credit control accounts with management
• Assist in team training and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills

• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities under pressure
• Ideally, previous experience with OpenTwins Broking Systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver results
