A leading insurance firm in Bolton is seeking an IBA Manager to oversee the Bolton IBA teams and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. This role focuses on managing performance, compliance, and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders. Context for the Role: Management and oversight of all activities the Bolton IBA Department (and management of any other operational function that may be located in Bolton in the future) ensuring adherence with Ardonagh policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Purpose of the Role: Provide day to day management of the Bolton IBA teams and any other operational function that may be located in Bolton in the future. Responsible for ensuring compliance with procedures, query resolution, achievement of the key performance indicators and ensuring a good service is provided to the business, clients and insurers. Also responsible for ensuring the performance of all team members including but not limited to staff performance, guidance and training, direction and objective setting and oversight.
Significant Insurance Broking Accounts and Client Money experience including a good understanding of industry practices and regulations. Good relationships with the Business Units and other senior personnel.
