Join Barclays' Financial Crime Compliance function in a high-impact role as an AVP within the specialized KYC Advisory team. This position is a crucial second line of defence role where you will support and challenge the business to ensure robust compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and wider financial crime regulations. We are seeking a candidate with proven Compliance Advisory experience to integrate into our small, focused KYC Advisory team. You will work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders across the bank, including sanctions teams, screening, product leads, and the policies team.
