Job summary

Dartmouth Partners is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for the Power, Utilities, Infrastructure & Renewables M&A team in London. This role involves direct collaboration with senior bankers on live deals, with exposure to both execution and business development from day one.

You will work on live mandates across large cap and sponsor-backed work, within a lean, high-performing team where responsibility and client exposure are exceptional for the level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of investment banking experience in power, utilities, infrastructure, renewables, or clean energy.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in and knowledge of the sector.
• Highly motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside senior bankers on live deal execution and client engagement.
• Assist on large cap corporate mandates and sponsor-backed work.
• Contribute to business development and client exposure from the outset.
