McLaren Automotive Limited is seeking a Quality Compliance Engineer to join the Quality team in Woking. You will plan, execute and maintain COP, QMS, ELV/RRR compliance, and CI activities within the Quality Compliance and Change Management department.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will drive audits, reports and certification readiness across vehicle variants. Required is a university degree in a relevant field with experience in COP, QMS, and IATF 16949.

Qualifications

• Experience with COP procedures and conformity of production.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and QMS processes.
• Project management skills beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Create COP control plans for vehicle variants and validate them.
• Plan and execute COP test plans and audits.
• Coordinate internal audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Support continuous improvement within Quality Compliance and Change Management.
