Morningstar Inc. is seeking a Lead IAM Engineer to drive enterprise-wide identity and access management across Okta and Microsoft Entra ID within an Agile environment. You will lead a team of IAM engineers, set standards, and own the design, implementation, and security of the IAM platform.

You will collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and App teams to deliver secure identity solutions, while developing PowerShell automation to boost provisioning and operability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or mentoring engineering teams in enterprise tech.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM solutions.
• 3+ years with Okta SSO and lifecycle management.
• 3+ years with Okta Identity Governance (OIG).
• 3+ years with Okta Workflows.
• 5+ years with Active Directory in complex environments.
• Knowledge of AD Group Policy and hybrid identity architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with Azure Application Proxy or similar proxy tech.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM Engineers.
• Define engineering standards and technical direction for IAM.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews and coaching.
• Drive project planning, prioritisation, and capacity planning.
• Design, build, and evolve IAM solutions using Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Own health, scalability, and security of the enterprise identity platform.
