Job summary

F5 Consultants is seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Consultant with strong CyberArk expertise to support large Identity & Access Management transformation programmes.

You will lead CyberArk/PAM delivery, design and implement privileged access solutions, and work closely with clients to translate IAM requirements into practical, scalable outcomes across enterprise environments.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Consultant with strong CyberArk experience to join a growing cyber and identity practice, supporting clients through complex Identity & Access Management transformation programmes. CyberArk experience is essential.

This role is specifically focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk, so we are looking for candidates who have hands‑on experience delivering CyberArk solutions within complex enterprise environments.

You don't necessarily need to hold active SC clearance. SC eligibility will be considered for candidates with the right CyberArk background.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering CyberArk / PAM transformation and implementation programmes for enterprise clients
• Designing, implementing and delivering privileged access management solutions
• Working with clients to understand their PAM and IAM requirements and translate these into practical solutions
• Supporting IAM strategy, roadmaps and Target Operating Models (TOMs)
• Providing technical and functional consultancy throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure successful delivery
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of clients' IAM and PAM capabilities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering PAM solutions within enterprise environments
• Experience working on IAM / PAM transformation or implementation programmes
• Strong client‑facing consultancy and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective IAM/PAM solutions
• Broader IAM / IGA experience
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, Okta, Saviynt and/or BeyondTrust
• IAM strategy and transformation
• Target Operating Models and IAM operating models
• Enterprise Identity / Access Management
• CIAM
• Security Clearance
• Active SC is preferred but not essential.
• We can consider candidates who are SC eligible, particularly where they have strong CyberArk experience.

The opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CyberArk / PAM professional to work on significant enterprise IAM transformation programmes, combining technical delivery, consultancy and stakeholder engagement.

Bonus: Up to 5%

Location: UK-wide hybrid

Client travel: Typically 1–2 days per month
