Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Identity and Access Management Consultant to join our England-based hybrid delivery model. You will support complex IGA implementations across platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, and Okta, collaborating with clients to deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions.

You will build expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to expanding our IAM capability across the practice, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture.
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity or Okta.
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM).

Please Note: Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history (typically including no periods of 30 consecutive days or more spent outside of the UK) at the point of application.

As an IAM Consultant, you will…

Qualification

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
