Job summary

A leading healthcare service in Scotland is seeking an Identity and Access Management (Automation) Technical Lead to oversee automation services in the ITSM platform. This role requires experience with Active Directory and M365, understanding of IAM security, and technical problem-solving skills. Qualifications

• Experience working with and supporting both Active Directory and M365.
• Understanding of the impact IAM has for security of a large organisation.
• Ability to think technically to provide different ideas and solutions to technical problems.
• Experience working with and managing ITSM platforms.
• Experience with APIs & Scripting languages such as PowerShell and/or SQL.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation service within the ITSM Platform.
• Interact with vendors, software developers and clinical leads.
• Report directly to and support the Identity and Access Manager.
