A global automotive company is seeking an IAM and DLP Security Specialist to enhance security in compliance with regulations. You will implement IAM policies, manage DLP strategies, and collaborate with teams to drive security awareness. This role offers freedom in work processes and a commitment to a diverse workforce.
In September of 2024, SKF announced the separation of its Automotive business, with the objective to build two world-leading businesses. The role you are applying for will be part of the automotive business. As the IAM and DLP Security Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and enhancing the security requirements for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) framework. You will ensure security requirements are clearly identified, established, and enforced to relevant stakeholders for compliance and a strengthened security posture. In this unique and specialized position, you will be at the forefront of managing the implementation and continuous improvement of IAM and DLP controls across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure that identity governance, access provisioning, and data protection strategies align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in identifying risks, driving remediation efforts, and promoting a culture of security awareness and accountability.

Location: While EMEA is our preferred location for this position, we are open to discussing other Automotive locations for the right candidate (with a general preference for the candidate is hired on a local contract at this site).
