• Ability to interpret or work alongside code (Terraform, JSON, YAML, APIs).

• Own end-to-end delivery of IAM processes including Joiners/Movers/Leavers.
• Make configuration changes in SaaS IAM tools confidently.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline access workflows.
