As an I.T Apprentice you will be working within an existing team of I.T technicians dealing with the first line support calls and liaising with second- and third-line support.

The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and also happy to work independently.

Main Duties

• Creating user accounts, password resets, adding printers, etc.
• Dealing with support requests via the I.T Help desk and also supporting via phone and sometimes face to face.
• Monitoring multiple I.T systems producing first line checks to help highlight and issues.

Desired Knowledge

• Windows 10/11 knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge.
