Rentokil Initial is seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our Croydon team, covering South West and South East London and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems on site, and contribute to a high standard of hygiene services. We offer a competitive package including a base salary, annual allowance, and potential for bonus or overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive with a flexible work pattern.
• Willingness to pass a DBS check if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene cleaning services across multiple environments with full training.
• Work reactively in a fast-paced setting and participate in an on-call rota.
• Offer advice to customers and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Support customers with high-quality service delivery and problem solving.
