Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Hygiene Operative to join our technical department. You will ensure that production areas and machines meet hygiene and food safety standards, following SOPs and cleaning instruction cards, and report any incidents or environmental concerns.

You will work across production areas as part of a motivated Hygiene team. Previous hygiene experience is desirable and training in food safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous Hygiene experience desirable.
• Training in food safety will be provided.
• Good verbal and written English skills are essential.
• Ability to work methodically and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean factory equipment and environment following SOPs and cleaning instructions.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly hygiene activities with the team.
• Report incidents or environmental concerns promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with hygiene team leader, QA, engineers and shift managers on improvements.
