Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to work in Elm, Wisbech. This is an ongoing position with a temporary to permanent opportunity and a night shift from 00:30am to 10:00am.

You must have your own transport to reach the site and will be paid £16.10 per hour with overtime at £20.13 per hour. As a Hygiene Operative, you will clean factory equipment to high hygiene standards, operate within COSHH and GMP guidelines, and follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar hygiene or cleaning role is desirable but not essential.
• You must be able to communicate effectively in English and understand written instructions to ensure documentation and procedures are followed accurately.
• Full training will be provided.

• Deep cleaning of factory equipment following strict hygiene procedures
• Ensuring equipment is ready and safe for production use
• Following health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
• Working in accordance with COSHH regulations and GMP guidelines

Great opportunity to work as a Hygiene Operative at our client's busy fresh produce site with immediate starts!

Staffline is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to work in Elm, Wisbech.

This is an ongoing position with a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

You must have your own transport to get to and from the site.

The rate of pay is:

• Night Shift £16.10 per hour

Weekly overtime paid after 37h 30m - is paid at £20.13 per hour.

As a Hygiene Operative you will be required to work 5 on 3 off with additional overtime offered but not expected.

The shifts for this position are:

• Nights, 00:30am-10:00am

Your Time at Work

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that all factory equipment is cleaned to the highest standards, meeting microbiological and customer specifications within agreed timeframes. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and productive working environment.
