We are currently seeking a dedicated Hygiene Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility.

The Hygiene Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hygiene practices meet and exceed industry standards. This individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing the hygiene management system, training staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about hygiene and maintenance, ensuring our products are produced in a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce hygiene protocols and best practices throughout the facility.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Provide training and support for all staff on hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and rectify any hygiene-related issues.
  • Keep abreast of current regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
  • Prepare reports on hygiene performance for senior management review.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hygiene management role within the food industry is essential.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety legislation and hygiene standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in training and managing teams.

  • Working hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday- hours between 7AM-8PM
