Monday‑Friday
I'm working with a well‑established food manufacturer that operates in a high‑care environment and supplies major retail and foodservice customers. Hygiene standards are non‑negotiable and they're looking for a Hygiene Manager who's confident setting expectations, holding the line, and continuously raising standards.
This is a Monday‑Friday role. No firefighting night shifts. No being wheeled out only when audit season hits.
You'll have ownership, visibility and the backing to run hygiene properly.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension, life assurance, cycle‑to‑work scheme and additional benefits
A stable, forward‑thinking food manufacturer with long‑term plans
This isn't a “keep things ticking over” position. The business is progressive, sustainability‑focused, and genuinely invested in doing things the right way — not the cheapest way.
You'll be trusted to run your area, improve it, and leave it better than you found it.
