A prominent food company in Wirral is seeking a Hygiene Compliance Manager. You will support the Site Technical Manager in ensuring hygiene compliance within the bakery, leading the hygiene team and managing sanitation schedules. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of food safety regulations. The position offers a competitive salary of around £50,000 and benefits including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave.
Location: Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside, CH46 1PR
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days - 39hrs

The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the Site Technical Manager in providing the Bakery with hygiene compliance. With responsibility for leading all sanitation and hygiene activities within the food manufacturing facility.
