Job summary
Aeropeople Ltd is recruiting a Hydraulic/Mechanical Fitter for their Ramsgate, Kent site. The role is on-site, 39 hours per week, with a 9 day fortnight option and overtime opportunities.
Basic salary up to £32,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits including a company pension, life assurance and health-related allowances. The successful candidate will disassemble and assemble hydraulic and mechanical assemblies, follow technical data, and ensure safety and quality compliance across
Qualifications
- Background in mechanical or hydraulic engineering
- GCSE Maths and English at minimum
- Strong numeracy and literacy with ability to follow compliance manuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Disassemble hydraulic and mechanical components to sub/individual parts.
- Assemble hydraulic and mechanical assemblies from technical data for testing/inspection.
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Support operational needs and related duties as required.
