Job summary

TSSI is seeking a Hydraulic Chief Engineer for a major international infrastructure programme. The role is based in Hertfordshire (UK) or Dubai, on a contract ~4 months, with a closing date of 31/10/2026.

The candidate will assess damaged public buildings and infrastructure and plan the investment needed to repair or rebuild them, focusing on water hydraulics, drainage and pump systems. Applicants should hold an MSc in Hydraulic Engineering, be CEng MICE, and demonstrate 10+ years of experience.
